And don't go away yet, let's catch up lifestyles' latest bites from around the world.

More than 60,000 beauty professionals came from around the world to attend the 90th edition of America's Beauty Show in Chicago this weekend to find out what's new in the world of hair, skin and nails.

The world-renown beauty and trade show, directed by Cosmetologists Chicago, a 7,000-member alliance of salon and spa professionals, focused on introducing the newest products and innovations in the industry and enhancing the careers of salon professionals.

There were on stage haircutting and makeup classes, with models presenting the latest in fashion. Barbers or anyone interested could sit in the audience and try to learn more. At some booths, visitors got a chance to take the place of the models and get a free haircut.

Visitors also got to try all kinds of skincare or nail products, or just lie down and enjoy a full set of salon or spa services.

Some booths were trying to attract buyers with new technology in their products while some others grasped the eyeball with what is called 100% natural.

Most products at the booths were for sale at a lower price than they normally are. And they are the professional products customers don’t normally find in retail stores.

More favorable prices could be found at the value centers at the back of the hall where dozens of visitors lined up to get in and choose their beauty products.

Mia and Jen are a mother and daughter pair who are both very interested in beauty products.

Brittney and Brittany, two girls who have very similar names, came all the way from Nebraska to get a glimpse of the show.

The show runs through Monday. During the three days, various classes on hair, skin and nails will be offered and there’s also a Stylist Choice Award to honor the public’s favorites.

March is always a month in which the European jazz fans gather in Mexico City.

Since 1988 the jazz festival has taken place every weekend in March. This year the festival included musicians from Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Ireland, Spain and France.
