And turning to Iran.

French President has vowed that his country will never tolerate Tehran's nuclear proliferation during his visit in Israel.

The visit comes three days before world powers are to resume talks with Iran in Geneva.

French President Fran?ois Hollande arrived in Israel on Sunday on his first state visit to the country.

His discussions with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be focused on Iran's nuclear plan and the world's efforts to prevent it from possible militarization.

France has taken a tougher stance than its Western partners in the previous round of talks. But the talks ended on November 10 without any agreement.

The "P5+1" group of world powers will meet later this week, trying to reach a deal for scaling back Tehran's nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief.

Israel has expressed grave concern about a looming deal between world powers and Iran, warning that a better deal could be reached by keeping or even increasing the sanctions.

Netanyahu will talk with President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday. It's part of his drive to prevent a deal that will ease sanctions on Iran.
