Royal Jordan Air Force said on Sunday it will continue airstrikes against the Islamic State militant group.

Royal Jordan Air Force Commander Major General Mansour Jbour told media that the size and volume of air strikes will depend on targets.
He said over the past three days, Jordanian air force attacked a total of 56 IS targets. He did not mention whether those targets were in Syria or Iraq.
The warplanes attacked leadership centers for IS, training camps and IS fighters directly, and destroyed weapons, vehicles and facilities for IS.
Since last week, Jordan started to step up its aerial battles against IS targets after the group burned alive a captured Jordanian pilot, Muath al-Kassasbeh.
