In Green Bay, Wisconsin, there's a neighborhood that has its own pet turkey.
It's said that a dog is man's best friend.

"I just know that Tennison's turkey is famous around here."

"It got too big. They took it over to the wildlife sanctuary and let it go, but the turkeys that were over there didn't want anything to do with it, so it left, and it showed up in my hard."

"Just really seems to like us. I mean it's definitely raised from a hatchling and definitely bonded on people."

"She likes to follow me around. I'll walk around back and forth from the driveway to the backyard and she'll come around."
Sometimes miss Toni gets a little too close.

"Typically I see it on top of my car."
Riley took this video the other day and miss Toni wouldn't get off the car.
And our action 2 news vehicle was no exception.
Although it may be unusual to see a turkey hanging out with humans and some dogs the neighbors say they welcome it.
