Massage parlor fire victims identified

Local authorities said Tuesday that eighteen people who died in a foot massage parlor fire in east China's Zhejiang Province have been formally identified.
Twelve of the victims were women. Among the dead, fifteen were locals of Tiantai County, and three were from Henan, Sichuan and Yunnan Provinces.
Police have detained four people in charge of the foot massage parlor on suspicion of "very serious dereliction of duty." 
The fire broke out at around 5:26 p.m. Sunday at Zuxintang Foot Massage Parlor in Tiantai County, leaving 18 dead and 18 others injured.
Tiantai, a small county in the hilly eastern area of Zhejiang Province, has over 382,000 permanent residents.
