Northeast China, known as the country's coldest region, is home to the Ewenki people. They built their homes here as early as 4,000 years ago.

And to survive the severe cold, the Ewenki people formed the most unusual partnership with reindeers.

Ewenki couple, Xiao Liangku and his wife, are used to following reindeers' footprints and migrating into the forest.
