SW China earthquake latest

Now the latest on the 7.0-magnitude earthquake in China's southwest Sichuan Province. 
As of Wednesday night, 19 people have been killed and more than 260 got injured.
Rescue efforts, both at the government and the grassroots levels, are in full swing. 
According to local authorities, the dead include eight tourists and two locals. 
The identities of the rest nine are not yet known. 
Ten people are in serious condition. 
Four seriously injured were transferred to hospital in the provincial capital of Chengdu for better treatment.
After the quake, rescue workers, including firefighters, policemen and medical staff, rushed to the quake-hit area. 
Local people of different ethnic groups offered food, water or car rides to stranded tourists and rescue workers.
The disaster relief headquarters said some 60,000 people, mostly tourists, had been evacuated.

"We almost finished the evacuation. About 1,500 have been transferred in this area. We mobilize all the cars on the roads to help the evacuation. " 
According to China Earthquake Networks Center,the earthquake hit Jiuzhaigou County at Tuesday night at a depth of 20 kilometers. 
Jiuzhaigou is a popular tourist destination in the mountains on the eastern edge of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.  
It is part of the Aba prefecture and is known for its ethnic minority communities, mountainous landscape, and stunning scenery. 
Jinghe County has a population of about 150,000.
