"It's quite simple that for China, there is no any space to take a compromise. Otherwise, how China could fulfill this commitment to their own people had insured and territory and our country safety. So it's quite logic response that no matter what Indian regard these areas, but for China, this is quite clear. It's our territory. It's confirmed. It's already settled border."

At the start of August, the Chinese Foreign Ministry released a position document on the Indian border troops' illegal trespass into Chinese territory.

The document is titled "The Facts and China's Position Concerning the Indian Border Troops' Crossing of the China-India Boundary in the Sikkim Sector into the Chinese Territory".

According to the document, over 270 Indian border troops crossed the boundary in the Sikkim section of the China-India border, entering Chinese territory and obstructing the road building of the Chinese side in the Dong Lang area (Doklam) on June 18th.

For almost two months, India has maintained its military presence in the Doklam area, a place recognized by both India and the international community as part of the Tibet Autonomous Region and Chinese sovereign territory.

"This document consists of mainly four parts. Firstly, it over reviewed the whole issue from the Indian's incursion to the current situation. Secondly, it examined all the details and historical evidence of why this area to Chinese long-time territory and this border are already settled. For the third part, it discussed and made a response to the Indian's claimed why Indian intrude these areas, all the Indian's excuse China make a certain response. Last but not least, China makes a suggestion that how to solve this issue. That's the only condition, the pre-condition that India immediately withdraw all the troops from the Chinese territory."
