Macao celebrates "Treasures Hunting"

An atmosphere of festivity emerged in the city of Macao as it's celebrating an annual festival of treasure hunting.

The 17th Macao City Fringe Festival opened on Friday with more than 20 programs for locals to find urban treasures forgotten in this metropolitan.
On Friday after the opening ceremony, a special edition of the drama My Old Man is a Bus Driver gave guests and audience a live show on a common bus, wandering around the streets to search for Macao's treasures.
The 10-day event is organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Macao SAR government with its theme "Treasures Hunting". Through different means of expression, it aims to take the public on a stroll around downtown to uncover the treasures.
The Cultural Affairs Bureau also invited curators of performing art events from all over the world to share experiences on local festivals and cultural environment in their hometowns.
