NY state sues weinstein company

New York State is suing Hollywood executive Harvey Weinstein and the Weinstein Company on Sunday, alleging years of sexual harassment and misconduct by the movie producer. 
 
New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said sunday that a sexual harassment investigation found company employees were mistreated and exploited.
 
The suit claims the misconduct began in 2005 up until about october 2017.
 
Weinstein was dropped from the company last year after several reports of sexual misconduct surfaced.
 
More than 60 women have accused him of sexual harassment.
 
Some came from well-known actresses including Angelina Jolie and Gwyneth Paltrow.
 
Through a spokesperson,Weinstein has denied "any allegations of non-consensual sex."
