The 50th edition of Lisbon Fashion Week came to a close with catwalk shows at the city's central park.
Lifestyles has more.
The biannual Lisbon Fashion Week is the premier showcase for Portuguese fashion designers, as well as local fashion photographers.
The three-day show featured models wearing clothes made from plastics and warped rubber.
The show was not only an opportunity for established designers to present their latest collections, but give a chance to new, up-and-coming artists.
New designers competed in the New Blood section of the event. 25-year-old Filipe Augusto was crowned king of newcomers with a collection called "Harvest."
The fashion event saw a total of 21 shows on the Estufa Fria and on the Carlos Lopes runway, a venue with a 1,300 capacity.
