"Shimizu is a small place, but it is the birthplace of 'Chibi Maruko-
' and the hometown of its author. People could see Mount Fuji here and it's a very beautiful port city. Many Chinese tourists come here to take a glance at the hometown of Maruko-chan."
"I've been watching Maruko-chan since my childhood. This is my first time here to see Maruko-chan in Japan. I'm really excited and really happy that my childhood memories are seen here. This place is really awesome. I can also buy Maruko-chan stuff that I can't find anywhere else."
