This week, hundreds of U.S. and Chinese top businesswomen gathered in New York to discuss how women have been impacting tech, business, financial, and consumer trends in China.
Let's take a look.
During the conference, Wei Sun Christianson, Managing Director, Co-CEO of Asia Pacific and CEO of China for Morgan Stanley spoke about U.S.-China trade.

"China and the United States currently in the middle of this trade tension. Pay attention I didn't use the word trade war because fundamentally we believe that this is a trade dispute but not really a full-blown war."
She added that if tariffs are really imposed, the impact could be absorbed by either economy.
However, investor confidence would be affected and the market would be sent downwards.
She hopes positive discussion can take place in the near future, to alleviate the tension in U.S.-China trade relations.
Yang Lan, CEO of Sun Media, also joined the panel discussion, where she shared her experience with fellow businesswomen.

"My suggestion is that never afraid to seek help because sometimes you want to hold everything on your shoulders and seems like a super woman. We are not. We don't have to be perfect. We don't have to be super human beings. We can ask for help so those are only some of the opinions I can provide thank you."
