In the UK, counter-terror police continued investigations in the Midlands on Tuesday following a car crash outside the Houses of Parliament in central London.

British Prime Minister Theresa May described it as an "appalling incident."
The car drove into security barriers outside the Houses of Parliament on Tuesday, injuring at least three people.
Armed police swarmed Westminster following the incident, and a 29-year-old British man was arrested on suspicion of terror offenses.
The focus has since shifted towards the north of the country, with three police forces now carrying out raids in Birmingham and Nottingham.
Images posted to social media showed a man in a black jacket being led away in handcuffs from a silver Ford Fiesta. Police later said he had been driven to London from Birmingham overnight.
Police added the man is being held in custody at a south London police station but is not co-operating with officers.
