In Ghana, representatives from all sectors of society paid their last respects to the late former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan at the the Accra International Conference Center this week.

The Ghanaians filed past Annan's body in a solemn procession.
His coffin was draped in Ghana's national colors.
A military band attended the event, while a church choir performed funeral music.
A portrait of the late Nobel peace laureate waving was also on display at the event.
The entrance of the center was similarly flanked by portraits of the late UN Chief.
A state funeral has been arranged to take place on Thursday.
