Nepali quake-hit schllo begins reconstruction

 The reconstruction of a quake-damaged school began in Nepali capital Kathmandu with the assistance of China. 

The ground-breaking ceremony of the historic school was conducted by Nepal's former prime minister and founding president of China's Enlai Foundation.
Zhou Bingde , the foundation's president, is the niece of former Chinese premier Zhou Enlai, who visited the school in 1957. Under his initiative, the Chinese Buddhist Association has donated funds to construct the school building.
Nepal's former prime minister highly appreciated the assistance from China.

The school reconstruction project was initiated by China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, which has been working in Nepal since 2015, with the financial assistance from Enlai Foundation.
