"Africa also looks to benefit from Chinese technology,Chinese resources,Chinese finances,so I hope the two entities can have cordial discussions and fix what's not working so that the spirit of win-win for shared prosperity can be realized."
Adhere believes that Kenya has benefited greatly from the China proposed Belt and Road initiative. Kenya's new "Standard Gauge Railway," which links the port city of Mombasa with Nairobi, is the largest infrastructure project in the country's history.
Acting Managing Director at the Kenya Railway corporation, Philip Mainga, said the Belt and Road initiative has proven to be a reliable instrument for Kenya when it comes to financing and building new infrastructure.

Experts say Kenya's flagship railway project will boost the local economy and attract investment in critical sectors like tourism, agriculture and manufacturing.
China is helping African countries across the continent bridge huge infrastructure gaps.
