"We support the peoples of various countries in independently choosing their development paths that cater to their national realities. We never interfere in other countries' internal affairs, nor do we impose on other countries. Members of the Security Council should faithfully abide by the purposes and principles of the UN Charter and the universally recognized norms of international relations, genuinely respect the choices of peoples of other countries, and do more practical and conducive things for the people of Venezuela rather than the opposite."
