Karma marches into global luxury electric vehicle market

 Southern California-based automaker Karma Automotive, owned by China's Wanxiang Group, has launched its new innovation and customization center in Moreno Valley in California,marching into the global luxury electric vehicle market.

 
Karma Automotive is the only luxury electric vehicle company in Southern California that integrates automotive design, development, assembly and sales across the entire industrial chain.

"We've made great strides during the last five years: we created a real car company that has been delivering cars to customers for two years, we already have 19 dealers in the U.S., Canada, Chile and Egypt. The most important thing is, in the second half of this year, we will get certification to go to Europe as well."
 
Karma's Moreno Valley base first came to life in 2015 and comprises of a Body Shop, General Assembly, Paint Shop, Final Process Alignment and Dynamic Test Stations over an area of 556,000 square feet.
 
The facility, with a total investment of more than 100 million dollars and the latest automotive technology, will house production of the company's new 2020 Revero luxury electric car and will provide the ultimate in customization, craftsmanship and technology integration.
