Govt Office Building Attack in Afghanistan

In Afghanistan...
Suicide bombers and gunmen attacked a government office building in central Kabul on Saturday.
11 people were killed, including four attackers.  
The attack on Afghanistan's Ministry of Communication and Information Technology began around mid-day and ended after a five-hour exchange of gunfire and explosions.
According to the Afghan Ministry of Interior Affairs, the killed included four civilians, three security force members and four attackers.
Elite Afghan Special Forces rescued around 2,800 people from the ministry building and the Ministry of Information and Culture building nearby.
Three suspects were arrested around the site of the attack.
No group has claimed responsibility for the incident. 
The attack came days after Afghanistan's government cancelled proposed peace talks with Taliban representatives in Qatar's capital Doha.
