At least 19 people have been killed after torrential rains caused floods in China's southern regions.
In Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, week-long downpours have triggered floods in six cities, killing 12 and affecting over 570,000 people.
The floods also have toppled more than 1,300 houses and damaged 33,500 hectares of crops.
The regional meteorological bureau has forecast even heavier rain between Tuesday night and Thursday. Rainfall in excess of 300 mm is predicted in the northeastern part of Guangxi.
In neighboring Guangdong Province, seven people were confirmed dead as heavy rain destroyed roads and toppled houses.

China's meteorological authority Tuesday maintained a blue alert for heavy rain.
