China welcomes foreign enterprises to invest

Chinese Foreign Ministry has said China as always welcomes foreign enterprises to invest and start businesses in order to share its development opportunities.
 
According to media reports, China's Zhejiang Qianjiang Motorcycle on Thursday signed a cooperation agreement with the American motorcycle maker Harley-Davidson to co-develop a small motorcycle, which is planned to be launched in the Chinese market by the end of 2020.
 
In a daily news briefing on Friday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang responded to a query about the deal.
