Typhoon Lekima affects millions in China

At least 32 people died and 16 remain missing after Lekima landed in eastern China's Zhejiang province.
It damaged some 35,000 houses and 265,500 hectares of crops in the province.
The typhoon made its second landing on Sunday along the coastline in east China's Shandong province.
26 reservoirs in Shandong have opened floodgates to release water. Six rivers in the province have seen obvious floods.
The Ministry of Emergency Management says the super typhoon affected about 6.5 million people in east and southeast China. 
Firefighters, soldiers, police officers and government staff have mobilized in a dramatic rescue operation.
