Speaking to journalists in front of 10 Downing Street on Monday, the Prime Minister said that he wants to get Brexit done by October 31.
Johnson has asked members of parliament not to block his Brexit plan as he vowed to take his country out of the European Union with or without a deal.
The UK's exit from the EU has been delayed twice because of British lawmakers' refusal to ratify the agreement, reached by the EU and former Prime Minister Theresa May.
Johnson's statement came as members of parliament across party lines are expected to put forward legislation on Tuesday to prevent a no deal Brexit.
On Monday, Labour said that it would ask MPs to vote for an extension until January 31.
The prime minister said the members of parliament will "chop the legs out" from the British position if they back a delay.
