Solomon Islands' PM: All sensible leaders must acknowledge existence of China

 “All sensible leaders in the world must acknowledge the existence of China and relate to it in a meaningful way, like we do now,” said the Solomon Islands' Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare while commenting on the country’s decision to establish diplomatic relations with China.
In an exclusive interview with Xinhua in Beijing on Oct. 9, Sogavare said the Solomon Islands believes establishing diplomatic ties with China is the right decision which took his country 36 years to make.
