China's major agricultural province of Heilongjiang has launched a list of incentives to boost agricultural production and ensure the market supply amid the country's fight against the ongoing epidemic.

China Report has more.
The list includes 10 items to encourage big agricultural operators to drum up production in order to guarantee the supply of vegetables, meat, eggs, milk and other daily necessities in the market.
The province has just ended the winter fallow and is now preparing for spring plowing. However, many cooperative farms do not have the labor resources needed for full-speed production.
The provincial government said the incentives are given to encourage farms and processing enterprises to resume work and production as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, the government has vowed to ensure financial credits and funds to sectors in the supply chain to ensure the production, transportation and quality control of agricultural products amid the outbreak.
