British Health Secretary Matt Hancock also tested positive for COVID-19 after Johnson was confirmed. The latest developments came days after Prince Charles, 71, tested positive for the virus. As of Thursday, there were 14,579 confirmed cases of coronavirus and 759 deaths in the country.
