Beijing lowers COVID-19 emergency response posture

China's capital city of Beijing has lowered its COVID-19 emergency response to the second-lowest level starting Saturday.

"Effective from 0:00 a.m. on June 6, Beijing's public health emergency response will be lowered from the second level to the third one. Prevention and control measures will be adjusted accordingly."
For example, schools can resume classes in an orderly manner, and masks would not be required for outdoor activities.
