Israeli military's chief has warned that attacks against Iranian targets in Syria will continue, two days after Israel allegedly assassinated an Iranian nuclear scientist.

Israel's army chief made the remarks on Sunday during a visit to the army's division in the Israeli-annexed Golan Heights.
Israel's Mossad intelligence agency has been accused of standing behind the assassination of an Iranian senior nuclear scientist on Friday.
Israel has admitted carrying out "hundreds" of airstrikes in Syria. According to Israel, the attacks targeted Iranian sites in order to prevent Iranian forces to establish a military presence in Syria.
